I. Application  

Steel cord conveyor belts are suitable for transporting materials under conditions requiring high strength, long distance, and large capacity. They are widely used in industries such as coal, mining, ports, metallurgy, power generation, and chemical processing.

II. Features:  

1. High tensile strength: Ideal for single-machine, long-span, and long-distance material conveying.  

2. Low elongation during use: Requires shorter tensioning travel.  

3. Small drive roller diameter: The belt core is constructed with a layer of longitudinally arranged steel cords as the skeleton, offering excellent resistance to flexural fatigue. This allows the use of smaller-diameter rollers, resulting in more compact equipment.  

4. Strong rubber-to-steel cord adhesion: The steel cords are galvanized on the surface, and combined with specially formulated rubber compounds that bond well with steel, ensuring strong adhesion, impact resistance, minimal shedding, and extended service life.  

5. Uniform steel cord tension: Advanced manufacturing processes ensure even distribution and consistent tension of the steel cords, enabling balanced operation and reduced belt misalignment.  

6. Excellent troughing performance: The absence of transverse reinforcement in the belt core facilitates deep trough formation, allowing greater material loading and preventing spillage.  

7. X-ray inspection capability: The structural steel cords can be inspected using X-ray flaw detection while in operation, helping prevent accidents.
